Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) & PCBN tools will effectively work most non-ferrous metals and highly abrasive non-metallic materials, including: Brass, Magnesium, Aluminum, Copper, Rubber, Columbium, Reinforced Plastics, Graphite, Ceramics, Wood, Fiberglass,and many composite materials. PCD Tooling can be used for turning, drilling, milling, boring, slotting,and most other machining operations where carbide, high speed steel, or special coated tooling are being used on the above materials. Its product life is much longer than that of carbide, HSS tools beyond description.
